Event Safety - Responding to Crisis

In 2016, our safety event addressed prevention.  But what do we do when a crisis does occur?

This year, we will discuss the THREE F's:

Freak Accidents
:  Despite careful planning, a freak accident has occurred that has resulted in a personal injury.  Learn what quick action to take next!
Food Fights:  Sometimes food fights back.  How can you help a guest who is having an allergic reaction?  What if they are choking?  Learn best practices including proper techniques for administering the Heimlich Maneuver.
Feelings:  Learn what we can do to help guests feel safe and cared for.
