Ohio's Red Columbus Table Gala

Dear Designer…Decorator…Fabulous Party Visionary!!

As a talented member of the Columbus design community, we hope you will consider supporting and participating in AIDS Resource Center Ohio’s RED COLUMBUS Table Gala, which is planned for Saturday, September 12th at Hollywood Casino.

This important biannual table design fundraising gala will celebrate the talents of the Columbus design community and raise crucial funds to support the critical functions of AIDS Resource Center Ohio, which is dedicated to supporting those living with and impacted by HIV/AIDS.

The inaugural RED COLUMBUS Table Design Gala “Wanderlust” occurred in 2013 at Landmark Aviation. That first event honored Corbett Reynolds and his Red Party legacy.  As one of the premiere gala events of the year, RED COLUMBUS 2015 “The Golden Age of Hollywood” will build upon the success of our 2013 event!

With your commitment and participation as a table designer, we look to raise $250,000 in support of the medical care services we offer as well as testing, evidence based prevention, education, leadership training, advocacy and support programs.

If you participated in our 2013 event, we thank you – again!  If you were not able to participate or are new and considering supporting this year’s gala, we hope you will review the attached information and consider participating. The enclosed information provides greater detail on the theme and what is required from the designers creating tables.

Please respond no later than Friday, July 31st confirming your leading role as a table designer to spotlight your creativity, bringing to life our gala theme for all those attending, which includes sponsors, individuals and members of the corporate community.

This is sure to be a night to remember and we hope you will consider being a part of our cast!
